Once again absolutely suberb service from Julie at Daisy Chain. I received a phone call from Julie apologising as she couldn't find a supplier who had trugs anywhere but offered me an alternative of a pot with painted flamingoes. I happened to mention that it was my sisters birthday the day after the requested delivery date but as Saturday delivery wasn't available, I had to select Friday. Without hesitation Julie offered to deliver them herself on Saturday as the delivery address was local. That shows that she goes above and beyond and offers personal service. I wouldn't use anyone else

I am totally blown away by the service I got from Daisy Chain. I found them following an on-line search, rang and was greeted by someone with a real can do approach. I was directed to the web-site, and made my choice. The florist was able to accommodate my wishes into their published design, and delivered within 2 hours of my placing the order. When I got home from work, I saw the arrangement which was way beyond anything I had envisaged. They have subsequently maintained their shape, and colours brilliantly. I purchased these flowers just because, not because I had done something wrong, but if I had I am totally confident having seen the colours and beauty of this bouquet I would have been forgiven instantly. Daisy Chain, thank you, you are amazing. I will be back!

Ive actually seen the 2 sets of bouquets that have just been handed over to my mum & to her neighbour next door & as always , I can once again say , that you have such divine taste for doing such beautiful , wonderful elegant bouquets.
